1:1 sessions and group office hours.
Mentor time is structured around your business. Individual sessions focus on real decisions — capital strategy, channel prioritization, operational constraints, growth planning. Group office hours create space for shared learning across the cohort.

 Mentors engage with your work.
Mentor sessions are built around the deliverables each business produces during the program. Every session starts with your plan, your progress, and your priorities.

Mentor announcements coming soon. The USBC 360° mentor cohort includes experienced operators, CPG founders, and subject-matter experts across financial strategy, operations, brand, and channel development. 

Are you an experienced operator, CPG founder, or subject-matter expert?​​​​​​​ 

USBC 360° mentors work directly with a small number of businesses — typically 2–4 per cohort — over the course of 12 weeks. The commitment is structured and specific: scheduled sessions tied to the curriculum, with real preparation and real engagement.​​​​​​​ 

We're looking for mentors with direct experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • CPG operations, supply chain, or manufacturing

  • Financial strategy, unit economics, or capital planning

  • Brand development, packaging, or go-to-market

  • Channel strategy — wholesale, retail, DTC, or distributor-led

  • Sales leadership or retail partnerships
